Welcome to the Nursery Page!
Tower View Nursery with Peelers Out of School Club opened in July 2005 and is a purpose built, state-of-the-art building. We have 2 luxury nursery rooms for two to five year olds and spacious facilities in the out of school club for four to eleven year olds, where children can let off steam but also enjoy cosy areas to relax in.
Different areas in the out of school club allow the youngsters to take part in a range of activities, from accessing the internet via our impressive computer suite, to reading a book or painting.
Nutritious, freshly prepared meals and snacks are on offer everyday and the nursery follows the Golden Apple framework laid down by Fairfield Hospital, ensuring children eat healthily and avoid dental problems.
Nursery education funding is available for all three and four year olds and extra curricular activities, such as swimming lessons and music and dance lessons, are also on offer. We work closely with Old Hall Primary School to ensure your child a smooth transition into reception class, to make this big step a lot easier for you and your child.
In January 2005 we had our Ofsted inspection and achieved the highest outcome possible for all areas of the nursery and out of school club – ‘Outstanding’. We are very proud of this result and the full report can be found on Ofsted’s website. We are open 51 weeks a year from 7.30am – 6.00pm.
